Reporting to the VP of People, the Director of People will serve as a vital strategic partner to the Vince leadership team and the corporate population based in our LA Design Studio. As the HR lead, you will bridge high-level People strategy with operational excellence, ensuring the internal processes are as sophisticated as the brand itself. Vince is looking for a trusted advisor who can evolve the employment experience, championing a culture where the teams thrive and the organizational strategy comes to life.
What’s the scope
This role leads the People function for the LA corporate population, translating business strategy into talent, culture, and organizational initiatives while overseeing the full employee lifecycle. It owns HR operations, compliance, performance management, and talent development, ensuring processes are scalable, high-touch, and aligned with company objectives. The position also partners closely with leadership to drive workforce planning, organizational health, and employee experience.
