Frette is seeking a General Manager, North America to oversee and manage all commercial divisions of Frette within North America, including all Retail, Contract/Trade, third-party Distributors/Wholesale partners, and Hospitality. The individual is responsible for P&L's for each business unit while ensuring the efficient and distinct strategy for the operations to achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration. This individual must be a hands-on, self-starting, and analytical thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, high growth, environment.

This role leads all commercial divisions across North America—including retail, wholesale/distribution, contract/trade, and hospitality—owning full P&L responsibility across each business unit. It defines and executes the regional commercial strategy, setting KPIs, driving revenue growth, and ensuring consistent operational alignment across channels. The position also oversees performance tracking, customer experience enhancements, and strategic initiatives to maximize profitability, market share, and brand penetration.
