The Head of Corporate Communications & Community Engagement will contribute to what the world knows about Kering, its mission and culture through the development and delivery of communications, events, social media, and community engagement. This position demands a significant amount of autonomy and subject matter expertise. The position involves defining local communications priorities and executing global communications strategies in the region, managing media relations, serving as a member of the regional leadership team, and serving as a senior advisor to the Group Chief Brand Officer and President of the Americas region.
Key responsibilities include helping to shape and enhance the Group’s reputation in the region, overseeing both internal and external messaging across platforms, leading and coordinating Group events in the region, coordinating with and supporting our Houses, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders like media and influencers, and supporting crisis communications. The role requires a strategic, adaptable leader with extensive experience in luxury brand communications, proven ability to influence and drive internal projects, and manage complex global challenges.
