The Regional Manager, East Coast is a strategic, results-driven leader responsible for the overall sales performance, operational excellence, and brand representation of all RIMOWA stores across the East Coast of the United States. This role oversees all locations, developing and executing comprehensive retail strategies aligned with the brand's vision, and directly manages sales, inventory, marketing initiatives, CRM, operations, and visual merchandising to drive profitability and foster high-performing store teams.

This role leads all retail performance across the East Coast, owning regional sales strategy, profitability, and operational execution across multiple stores. It oversees end-to-end retail functions—including sales, inventory planning, CRM, marketing initiatives, and visual merchandising—while ensuring consistent brand standards and operational integration. The position also drives regional planning, forecasting, and reporting, aligning store-level execution with broader business objectives.
