You will oversee Digital Merchandising and Strategy, driving revenue and conversion across all platforms. Your role will involve defining and executing a best-in-class customer experience through effective site content and innovative merchandising tactics.

This role leads digital strategy and merchandising across all platforms, owning site experience, content, commercial planning, and operations to drive revenue, conversion, and profitability. It defines and executes omni-channel merchandising strategies, balancing supply and demand while optimizing performance through data, analytics, and personalization. The position also oversees KPIs, financial performance, and cross-functional execution, ensuring alignment across creative, marketing, product, tech, and operations.
